Plot log data entered using a form

Form Improvements:

• Default values for checkbox and text entry
• Input type for text entry (number or plain text)
• Export (csv) form fields into separate cells

Quick Entry Improvements:

• Bring up log entry activity if Log ID is not selected or contains a form

• App Widget (quick access to main activities)
• Database Backup / Restore enhancements
• Import logs from CSV file
• Batch Delete (delete visible list)

• Added pie chart and %’s to category stats duration view
• Logically AND or OR tags when filtering
• New date filters: “Last 7 days” and “Last 30 days”
• Improved scrolling of log entries
• Update all menu bar icons
• Add short cut menu bar to LogID’s, Tags, and Categories view
• Bug fixes
